Mr. Raj R. Gupta
Founder and Director
A Commerce and Law Graduate. Raj is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI, New Delhi) and he is also enrolled on the Roll of Advocates maintained by the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. Raj is expert at Corporate and Company Laws, Negotiations and Alternate Dispute Resolutions like Arbitration & Conciliation for Corporate and other disputes, Counselling, Liaising, Human Resource and Employment Consulting and Documentation, Registrations, Licensing and Conveyance Documentation and many more.
Raj appears before Judicial, Quasi-Judicial, Revenue Authorities and Tribunals for Civil and Corporate Litigation matters including but not limited to Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT). He also assists to appear at the Bombay High Court for Matters of Original and Appellate Jurisdiction.
Raj is a Co-founder and Promoter of the LEGALRAJ Consultants Services Private Limited (“The Company”) and holds Non-Executive Directorship on the Board of the Company.
Raj worked with Persistent Systems Limited, Pune; and Sampada Sahakari Bank Limited, Pune, after which Raj moved to Full Time Corporate Law Practice where he was trained under renowned Civil and Corporate lawyers in Pune and Mumbai. Raj is also founder and Designated Partner of Lexcube Consulting LLP, A Firm of Management and other Consultancy.
Apart from his legal practice, Raj has also been involved in various co-curricular activities.
Raj is married to Dr. Nikita Gupta (Dental Surgeon) and they have a Daughter. He is now settled in Pune.
Mr. Kuldeep R. Gupta
Founder and Director
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (CA) Kuldeep is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics (B.Sc. – Mathematics) from S.M.A. Science College, Chalisgaon, Maharashtra. He has completed his CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013.
He had worked with Mumbai Based MNC, Jyoti Structures Limited for around One and a Half years as Head of one of the Department in the Accounts Division of the Company. He got handsome exposure in Accounts and Taxation on various domestic and overseas projects of the Company. He has Corporate and Professional Experience of more than five years in the fields of Accounts, Auditing, Taxation, Management Consultancy, various Projections, Property Valuation, Financial Planning, etc.
Kuldeep is a Co-founder and Promoter of the LEGALRAJ Consultants Services Private Limited (“The Company”) and holds Non-Executive Directorship on the Board of the Company. He has a major role to play in the overall working of the Company and he is a significant person for making strategic decisions for the Company’s business. Besides this, Kuldeep is a distinguished individual when the matter comes for in-depth Study and analysis of commercial actions.
Kuldeep is also interested in Sports activities such as cycling and tracking. Very often he also enthusiastically participates in some social activities like Blood Donation, Education Awareness Counselling for Children and other sections of the society.
Kuldeep is married to Dr. Alka Gupta (M.D., Ayurveda-Specialist) and they have cute Daughter. He is now settled in Pune.
Mr. Atul R. Mahajan
Founder and Director
Dr. Atul Ramkrishna Mahajan is M.B.B.S. from Nair Hospital, Mumbai and a Gynaecologist & Obstetrician from Govt. Medical College, Aurangabad. He is also interested in the corporate type business structures apart from being a Medical Practitioner. Due to his interest in the corporate form of organisations; Dr. Atul possesses remarkable management skills since he has organised the entire management of the Private Hospital from its staffing to constitution of the management body. Considering his leadership and management skills the promoters of the Company has decided to have him on the board of LEGALRAJ so as to blend his remarkable skills in the best interest of the Company and for its journey full of venture. In this way he provided his remarkable contribution in building the foundation of LEGALRAJ. He is a Non-Executive Director in the Board of Legalraj Consultants Services Private Limited.
Dr. Atul is an established and most experienced and renowned Gynaecologist & Obstetrician. Currently working as a Medical Officer at Rural Hospital, Pachora, Jalgaon. He has also Participated in workshop of MHUS (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences) held at Jalgaon District in November 2017.
Dr. Atul is the President of Bharat Vikas Parishad (2018-19), Pachora.
Mr. Balkrishna. S. Patil
Founder and Director
Dr. Balkrishna Suresh Patil is BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from MUHS University, Ahmadnagar and MS (Master of Surgery) from Pune University. He is also interested in the corporate type of business structures apart from being a Medical Practitioner. Dr. Patil is possessing good management skills and foresightedness. Considering his management skills and the habit of perfection in routine functioning, the promoters of the LEGALRAJ has decided to bring him into the management to utilize his ability in the best interest of LEGALRAJ and for its journey full of venture. In this way he provided his remarkable contribution in building the foundation of LEGALRAJ. He is a Non-Executive Director in the Board of Legalraj Consultants Services Private Limited.
Dr. Blakrishna is an established, most experienced and the best Eye Specialist Doctor. He has worked as an Eye Surgeon at Lion’s Mudhoji Eye Hospital for one year and he had provided best services at Pune Netraseva Pratishthan for Squint Surgery Camps. He did not stopped at here only but in the year 2010 he also has extended himself by providing service of Advanced Eye Care in the rural area to poor patients in the most Economical and Ethical way under One Roof. At present, he owns Tejodeep Eye Hospital and Phaco Surgery Centre.
Dr. Blakrishna is also a member of NIMA, Maharashtra (National Integrated Medical Association).
