Adhaar number issued for Business Unit is known as Udyog Adhaar. Indian government has provided many benefits for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). In order to be eligible to get these benefits, any entity should register itself as MSME/ SSI enterprise under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.

Manufacturing activities having investment in plant and machinery of less than INR. 25 lakhs.

 

Service providing having investment in equipments less than INR. 10 Lakhs.

 

2. Any small enterprise engaged in:

 

Manufacturing activities having investment in plant and machinery of not less than INR. 25 lakhs but not more than INR. 5 Crores.

 

Service providing having investment in equipments not less than INR. 10 Lakhs but not more than INR. 2 Crores.

 

3. Any Medium enterprise engaged in:

 

Manufacturing activities having investment in plant and machinery of more than INR. 5 Crores.

 

Service providing having investment in equipments not less than INR. 10 Lakhs but not more than INR. 2 Crores.

 

 

What is the process for MSME registration or Udyog Aadhaar ?

Step 3: You provide us with all the details and documents

 

Step 4: We start processing the documents and send you the Registration Certificate.
