Notices are the legal concept explaining an obligation or requirement that a party be aware of legal process affecting their rights, obligations or duties. There are several types of notice: public notice, actual notice, constructive notice, and implied notice.Almost everyone would agree that the quality of a product is important. Product quality affects companies' purchasing decisions and profitability.Product quality describes a product's capability to meet user standards. A lot of people ignore the fact that a product’s quality for the end user is very crucial. And therefore, it should be known that it is the right of a customer to get the product refunded if he receives a poor-quality product. Important points to be added in the notice for quality of product:
1.All the details of the purchase order
2.Details of the ordered product
3.Specific standard that was expected by the sender
4.Issues with the quality of the product ( Mention all the shortcomings in the product)
5.Intended remedy (Specific performance or compensation)
6.Time within which sender must be compensated.

Aadhar card of all parties.
Utility bill of Electricity or Telephone.
Valid Address Proof of all the parties.
Valid Driving Licence of all the parties.
Terms and Conditions between the parties.
Other documents will be intimated through e-mail.
Sender in this agreement is an individual or organization who purchased goods from the vendor.
A vendor is a person or company offering something for sale, especially a trader in the street.
A Notice is a formal written communication between the parties. Whereby through this notice, the sender notifies the addressee about his intentions with respect to any legal obligation or right between both the parties.
A lot of people ignore the quality/ standard of a product that was delivered to them by the vendor. But it is a legal right of the receiving party to get proper quality goods/ services for which they paid for. It helps to bring to the vendor’s notice the deficiency in the quality of his goods.
