The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) will issue the order of Winding up of the affairs of the Company and once the winding up process gets completed the said NCLT then finally issue the order of the dissolution of the Company which is required to be filed with the jurisdictional ROC and then the Certificate of the Dissolution will be provided by the ROC office and the Company will stand dissolved (ShutDown) in the eyes of Law.
